Agency Ventures will evaluate your strengths and weaknesses (SWOT) while identifying strategies and processes that can be acted upon to enhance capabilities and provide complimentary and synergistic services that can fuel GROWTH! This is our consulting process.

Following are some of the steps in the consulting process (under NDA of course). It starts with Discovery then Action Planning:
